Caleb joined the Idaho First Mortgage team 3 years ago and feels it a great blessing to have learned from the very best in the industry. He comes from a family of real estate developers and builders in the Southeast Idaho area and enjoys carrying on his family’s legacy of being involved in Idaho’s growing housing market.

To ensure his clients that they are getting the best experience possible, he focuses on quality customer service, communication, and knowledge of loan products and programs. Caleb also has a client base in Utah and is licensed there as well. He is also fluent in Spanish and loves being able to help people in that demographic take part in the American Dream of home ownership.

Caleb was raised in Blackfoot Idaho and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English from BYU-Idaho. He and his wife Mayce look forward to growing and raising their 2 boys in Southeast Idaho as well. Their favorite things to do are travel and spend time with family.
